Lady Gaga took to Twitter Wednesday night and leaked a track from her reported collaboration with Kendrick Lamar . This version of “Bitch Don’t Kill My Vibe” features Gaga singing the chorus on the good kid, m.A.A.d city standout, whereas on the album it’s mostly Lamar’s voice you hear. Lamar previously described “Bitch Don’t Kill My Vibe” as his “Lady Gaga record” and previewed this collaboration during a listening session in September. However, deadlines and clearances prevented the track from making good kid, m.A.A.d city. Lamar explained to MTV , “That situation was a deadline situation. We had to meet these pre-orders. I was frustrated about it. My team was frustrated about it, but at the same time, we had to move forward.” Gaga and Lamar also recorded a track entitled “Partynausous”, but that was also cut from the album. The new Whitney Houston compilation "I Will Always Love You: The Best of Whitney Houston" will be released next Tuesday. Included on the album are two previously unreleased tracks, an alternate take of I Look to You and the new song "Never Give Up". The mid-tempo song was produced by Jeremy Dupri and Bryan-Michael Cox. Scissor Sisters return with their new single "Only The Horses" on 20th May. The New York band will release their fourth album "Magic Hour" on 28th May through Polydor. "Its a sweet joyful melange of beat-driven future-pop," says Jake Shears of 'Magic Hour'. "It style-hops all over the place unabashedly." For the new album, the band have been working a diverse list of new collaborators, such as Calvin Harris, Pharrell Williams, Diplo, Alex Rihda [BoysNoize] and Azealia Banks. BEACH HOUSE are pleased to share details of their fourth album, Bloom. Like their previous releases it further develops their distinctive sound yet stands apart as a new piece of work. The landscape of Bloom was largely designed on the road, between the countless sound checks and myriad experiences of two years of touring. These ideas were later gathered and developed in Baltimore, where the band lives and works. Bloom was recorded in late 2011 at Sonic Ranch Studios in Tornillo, TX and mixed at Electric Lady in NYC. The band co-produced the record with Chris Coady. The many layers of Bloom are meticulously constructed to ensure that each chord and melody performs its role to form a whole.
